Hey! We are Luke and Kelly, a Maui raised surfer and a Cali beach gal – with KIPA BEACH we mixed our love for the ocean and our desire to live the Maui lifestyle to the absolute fullest. We thrive on warm days spent at the beach with friends, family and waves. Whether we’re traveling the globe or discovering a hidden piece of paradise on the island we get to call home, KIPA BEACH is our way of sharing our passion and the simple Maui lifestyle with those around us near and far.

The inspiration for KIPA BEACH comes from our playground – the deep blue seas, the sun shining bright, the lush tropical rainforest, and the soft white sands that Maui has to offer.
KIPA (pronounced key-pa)
KIPA is an abbreviation of the Hawaiian word Ho'okipa (pronounced ho-o-key-pa). In Hawaiian, the meaning of Ho'okipa is "hospitality" and KIPA is translated as "to visit." We truly value this welcoming spirit of aloha, which is ultimately what we want to share with all beachgoers and island hoppers.
